Qualification Details:

Subject : Engagement of IT Professionals as Consultant. National Technical Research Oraganisation intends to invite applications through ONLINE Registration for engagement of suitable IT professionals as Consultant in the following positions purely on contract basis for which the ONLINE registrations would remain open from 04 June 2021 (11.00 AM) to 08 June 2021 (11.00 AM)

1. Name of the Post/ Location: Software Programmer (Location : New Delhi)

2. Minimum Monthly Remuneration:

(a)Consolidated Rs.45000/-

(b)Consolidated Rs.60000/-

3. Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech (Computer Science / Computer Engineering/ Information Technology / Electronics & Communication) OR MCA with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or First Class from a University/ Institute,

a) Desired Certification: CVA / CEH / OSCP

4. Working Experience: Experience in Cyber Security with specialization in : Programming languages (JAVA/PHP/Python/Web Development), Ethical Hacking/DBMS/ Networking/Linux

Age:

30 Years (with 1-3 Years experience),35 Years (with 4 Years & above experience)

Documents Required

At the time of appearing for selection, the candidates are required to bring two sets of self- attested photocopy of the following documents along with two recent passport size colour photographs, ONLINE Registration Form & Biodata (as per format enclosed) duly completed & signed by them -

1. Matriculation/10th Certificate.

2. Certificate & Mark sheets in support of educational qualification and percentage.

3. AADHAR or PAN Card.

4. Experience Certificates in support of claim.

5. Other desirable certifications/technical proficiency certificates, if any.

Note

1. The engagement of above Consultants will be purely on contract basis and initially for a period of one year.

2. Desirous candidates may visit the website https:l/ntro.gov.in OR https://nciipc.gov.in for ONLINE Registration. During online registration, the candidates are required to fill up the relevant field giving the details of experience possessed by them. They are also requested to bring the print out of their ONLINE Registration Form at the time of selection. Those who have not registered online will not be allowed to appear for selection. The dates for ONLINE Registrations mentioned above are tentative and any change/re-schedule in these dates would be notified in the above-mentioned websites.

3. NTRO reserves sole right to relax/modify any of the above criteria, if candidate is found otherwise suitable for engagement. NTRO reserves sole right to discontinue/terminate the services of person so engaged, at any time, without assigning any reason and also reserves the right to cancel the selection process without intimation and assigning any reason.

4. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing for selection.

5. Electronic Devices, including Mobile phone, are strictly prohibited and candidates will not be allowed to carry with them any such items to the assessment room.

Selection Procedure :

Suitable criteria will be adopted for shortlisting of the candidates having valid registrations to be called for further selection.

How to Apply :

a. Mere registration will not entitle the candidate to be called for further selection. The registered candidates are required to email legible scanned copy (PDF) of their

(1) Matriculation/10th Certificate,

(2) Diploma/BE/BTech/MCA Certificate (in support of claim on requisite Educational Qualification), and

(3) Photo ID (AADHAR or PAN Card) at recruitment.adm@ntro.gov.in from their registered email ID by 08.06.2021 (04.00 PM), failing which theft registration will be treated as invalid.

b. The date for selection of the candidates is likely to be scheduled in second fortnight of June 2021. The selection of candidates for all positions will be held at New Delhi (in addition at Bengaluru/ Mumbai/ Kolkata for Cyber Security Analyst & Network Security Programmer) for which the venue, date & time for reporting of the shortlisted candidates will be uploaded in the said website. The candidates are requested to regularly check the above websites for updates.
